Nicole Kehl

Nicole Kehl is the Practice Manager for Beyond Radiology in Mount Maunganui. With an MRT/MRI background, she brings an ambitious, solutions-focused approach to leadership and practice management. A natural “fixer,” Nicole thrives on identifying challenges, finding practical solutions, and turning ideas into action. With strong leadership qualities and a people-focused approach, she is passionate about building high-performing teams, improving processes, and creating positive outcomes for both patients and staff. 

A South African ex-pat, Nicole & family made the move to New Zealand in 2021. Outside of work, they can often be found exploring the great outdoors and all that New Zealand has to offer.  

Driven, adaptable, and always looking for the next challenge, Nicole brings energy, authenticity, and a strong sense of purpose to both her professional and personal life. 

Nicole oversees the day-to-day operation of the Mount Maunganui practice, working closely with and providing key support to the Senior Leadership team.
